Welcome to AGenO ("AGenO", "I", "me"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website agenoai.com and my AI generation tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some content (including optional adult/NSFW image styles) is restricted to users who are 18 years or older. By generating such content, you confirm you are 18+.
AGenO lets you generate images, video, music, and text/chat using AI models. Generation runs on my own hardware and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or when my systems are offline. I provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:
I may block prompts, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. As between you and AGenO, you own the outputs you create, subject to the rights of the underlying model licenses and applicable law. A commercial-use license is included with the Ultimate plan; other tiers are for personal use unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. I may suspend accounts used to abuse limits, evade payment, or break these Terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe (my payments provider). By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; see my Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for any particular purpose. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use AI outputs at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGenO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. I may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if I discontinue the Service.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
