Hey, I'm Givin. Let me tell you the real reason this site exists. My grandpa has Parkinson's disease.
I remember being a kid and him telling me stories about his old country. He'd joke about every little thing, and honestly it used to make me so annoyed back then. He and my grandma would argue sometimes, and it could get really heated - but I was always able to calm him down just by holding his hand. It made him relax. That was him.
But slowly he started losing pieces of that. He still wants to react the way he did back then - joke around, get worked up, be himself - but his body won't let him anymore. And that's the part I really struggle to cope with. Watching him still be in there, wanting to be the same guy, and not being able to.
The only thing I really know how to do is build a website - and honestly, I've loved making this one so far. So I turned it into the one way I can actually help: supporting the people working toward a cure. I don't know what else to do, so I hold onto this. I want to believe a breakthrough is coming, and I don't want to lose hope that one day my grandpa - and a lot of people like him - get a real shot at getting better.

Getting started
What is AGenO?
AGenO is an all-in-one AI studio: generate images, turn text or photos into video, make music, chat with AI, talk to it with your voice, edit photos, learn to code, and play an AI-run D&D adventure - all from one account.
Do I need an account? Is it really free?
You can generate 2 images a day with no account at all. A free account bumps you to 15 images a week plus AI chat, music and voice. Paid plans and ⭐ credits unlock more, HD, video and longer clips.
How do I create an account?
Click Login (top-right) on the home page, choose Sign up, and use Google or your email. With email you'll get a 6-digit code to verify - enter it and you're in.
I didn't get my verification email.
Check spam/junk, wait a minute, and use Resend code. Make sure the email is typed correctly. Still nothing? Contact me above and I’ll sort it out.
Credits & billing
What are ⭐ credits and how do they work?
Credits are pay-as-you-go. They're only spent after your plan's free weekly/daily allowance runs out (or any time if you have no plan). Costs: 1 credit = a standard image, 5 = an HD image, 10 / 20 / 30 = a 5s / 8s / 12s video, 2 = a music track, 10 = permanently unlock a Learn question. Credits never expire.
How much do credits cost?
$0.99 = 10 credits (buy as many packs as you like), $4.99 = 60 (bonus), or $9.99 = 150 (best value). See Pricing.
How do I earn free credits?
You get +1 credit for every achievement you unlock, and referrals pay +30 to you and +10 to the friend who joins with your link (find it in Settings).
What plans are there?
Free, then Basic ($4.99), Plus ($9.99), Pro ($19.99), Studio ($49.99) and Ultimate ($99.99) per month - each adds more images, video, music, faster generation and smarter chat models. There are also Learn Premium and bundle options. Full breakdown on Pricing.
How am I billed, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe (secure checkout). Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period. Use the same email at checkout as your AGenO account so your upgrade applies automatically. See my Refund Policy.
Can I only upgrade, not downgrade?
At checkout you can only move to a higher tier (I charge just the prorated difference). To move down or cancel, manage your subscription from the billing portal / Stripe email receipt.
Images, video & music
What's the difference between Standard and HD?
HD images are sharper and larger. On paid tiers you always get HD within your allowance. If you're out of allowance, Standard costs 1 ⭐ and HD costs 5 ⭐.
How do I make a video? Why does it take a while?
Use the Video page (or the Video tab on home), pick Text→Video or Image→Video, choose 5/8/12 seconds, optionally add a music style, and Generate. Video is GPU-heavy so it renders in a couple of minutes - the page waits and downloads it for you.
Why is a length or video locked for me?
Longer clips (8s/12s) are on higher plans. You can still use credits for the lengths your plan includes once that allowance is used up. Upgrade for more, or on Pricing.
Where do my creations go?
Everything auto-downloads to your device and is discarded server-side - I keep no copies of your images, video or music.
Can I use what I make commercially?
You're free to use your creations. Note the copyright status of AI-generated content varies by country, so check your local rules. The Ultimate plan adds an explicit commercial license + API.
Chat & voice
Why can I only use one chat model?
The fast model (Hermes 3) is free for everyone. Smarter/extra models unlock on higher tiers - Basic adds one, Plus and up unlock them all. The dropdown shows what your plan allows and locks the rest with 🔒.
Are my chats saved?
Yes - when you're logged in, chats sync to your account (and are also kept in your browser). You can rename or delete them anytime from the Chat page.
Voice chat won't hear me.
Allow microphone access when your browser asks (click the lock/camera icon in the address bar → set Microphone to Allow), then press Call again. Works in recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
Learn
How does Learn work - is it free?
The first sections of each cheat sheet are free to preview. Each section gives a free taste (one Easy, Medium and Hard). Full access to all material, every Solve-it problem and the AI coding tutor comes with Learn Premium ($9.99/mo or $59.99/yr) or a bundle. Without a subscription you can also permanently reveal any single locked question for 10 ⭐ credits (code + terminal).
What's the AI tutor, and the per-question unlock?
While solving a practice problem you can ask the AI tutor to review your code. It's part of Premium - but even without it, anyone can permanently unlock a single question's tutor for 10 ⭐ credits.
AGenO Quest (D&D)
How does the D&D game work?
An AI Dungeon Master runs a text adventure. You get 1 hour of free play; creating your character doesn't count against it. When you run low, a 3-hour rest refills the free hour - or buy a play pass (3 hours, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month) to keep going. Full guide in the Docs.
Can I pause the game?
Yes - the Pause button freezes the screen and your timer. Leaving the game starts your rest, which only counts down while you're away.
Account, privacy & safety
How do I change my username or picture?
Go to Settings - set a username, upload an avatar, and tweak accessibility options (text size, contrast, dyslexia-friendly font, reduced motion, and more).
What are achievements?
Little milestones (first image, 10 images, first video, etc.) that pop up on screen when you earn them and live on your profile. Each one you unlock gives +1 ⭐ credit, and you can share your profile.
Is my data private?
I don't store your generations. See my Privacy Policy for details on accounts and data.
What content is not allowed?
Adult/anime content is allowed for adults, but anything sexual involving minors is strictly blocked and not negotiable. Prompts are safety-filtered.
Donations & contact
What does a donation get me?
Nothing extra - it's purely voluntary support, and it's hugely appreciated. AGenO was built in memory of my grandpa's fight with Parkinson's; if you'd rather give straight to the cause, please donate to The Michael J. Fox Foundation. If you want perks, a subscription or credits are the way to go.
The AI says it's "sleeping" / offline.
AGenO runs on a dedicated PC. If it's briefly offline you'll see a notice - just try again shortly. If it lasts, let me know via the form above.
How do I reach a human?
Use the contact form at the top of this page - it lands in my inbox and I reply by email. Include as much detail as you can (what you did, what happened, your account email).
